Job Summary
GEO Cadet position providing targeted tutoring in math for K–8 students, in small-group or one-on-one settings. You'll partner with lead teachers to support instructional activities and manage learning materials, while building positive relationships with students. Responsibilities emphasize consistent attendance, punctuality, professional conduct, and contributing to a welcoming learning environment. This paid role offers mentoring from skilled teachers, opportunities to learn instructional strategies, leadership development, and flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments. 10–20 hours per week during the school day, with required background clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Current high school senior enrolled in a GEO Academy or partner high school.
- Strong communication and interchecks personal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with guidance.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to education.
- Must pass required background and clearances.
