Genetic Resources Access Specialist responsible for ensuring Enza Zaden's use of genetic resources complies with ABS regulations, translating international law into internal policies, drafting and reviewing ABS contracts, training across the organization, and representing the company with regulatory authorities; involves monitoring ABS laws, implementing compliant processes, and occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (preferably in law, life sciences or related field)
- Experience with Access and Benefit Sharing regulations or similar regulatory frameworks (3–8 years)
- Strong understanding of international legislation and ability to translate into practical processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English fluency)
- Independent work style with ability to navigate complex topics and drive improvements in a dynamic international environment
