Job Summary
As a Generosity Growth Consultant, you will partner with Account Executives to provide white glove onboarding for Ministry Brands’ Giving clients, with a primary focus on accelerating revenue by understanding client goals and removing onboarding roadblocks. You will serve as a strategic advisor through the first six months, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience, executing the Generosity Onboarding Plan to start revenue generation quickly, proactively resolving issues, monitoring client progress, reporting key metrics, and documenting best practices for continuous onboarding improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic consulting role (sales or success), ideally within the SaaS or technology industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales processes, customer success strategies, and revenue operations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with faith-based, nonprofit, or social impact organizations
- Understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices
