Generator Technician

Service, repair, modify and diagnose standby power generators for a range of commercial/industrial sites. Perform start-ups, preventive maintenance, load bank tests, and emergency field service. Maintain and repair ATSs (both regular and bypass units) and work with a variety of brands. Experience with natural gas and/or diesel engines; ATS and switchgear experience preferred; PLC engine and generator controllers experience desirable. Company provides training and certifications; role involves travel to hospitals, nursing homes, office buildings, fire stations, events, and other facilities.
