Job Summary
Senior/Master Generator Technician role leading a field service team to startup, service, and repair industrial generators and related equipment (including Bypass Isolation ATS). Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coaching and training, staffing, coordinating field support, handling emergencies, preventive and corrective maintenance, startup activities, safety program leadership, QA/QC documentation, and assisting with planning, quoting, and warranty processes. Must demonstrate hands-on technical expertise with switchgear, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to manage a team across a geographic territory. Requires Generac Master Technician or equivalent certification, English fluency, and willingness for overnight travel; remote-work option available with duties fulfilled from home site. Occasional travel and remote work from West Palm Beach, FL.”,
Required Qualifications

- Generac Master Technician or equivalent certification and training is required
