Job Summary
Develop and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions on Generative AI platforms to facilitate team upskilling. Customize learning pathways for specific business functions like marketing, design, and operations, while designing structured training materials including case studies and exercises focused on prompt engineering and advanced strategies. Work closely with business units to identify workflow bottlenecks and teach teams how to integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency and drive ROI. Foster AI fluency across teams by providing hands-on examples and real-world applications that help them understand the potential and limitations of AI in their roles.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning
- Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices
- Based in Singapore
