Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of generative AI platforms tailored to life insurance business needs, including designing specifications, developing applications, and architecting AI agents. Conduct research on AI evaluation methods and agent technologies while identifying and structuring application requirements for the service team. Monitor AI applications to resolve root causes of issues, establish and improve AIOps governance systems, and formulate plans to enhance generative AI service performance. Collaborate closely with application service teams to ensure designs and implementations support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- AI, 머신러닝, advanced algorithms을 사용하여 데이터 애플리케이션을 개발 경력 3년 이상
- 금융 산업에서 LLM, traditional M/L, D/L(NLP, Vision) 등 AI 프로젝트 경험 3년 이상
- 우수한 프롬프트 엔지니어링 기술 보유
- AI Agent Architecture 및 workflow 지식 보유
- Cloud 환경의 Architecture 설계 기술 및 경험
- 대규모 언어 모델(LLMs)을 활용하여 백엔드 시스템 및 웹 서비스 API의 설계 및 개발 경험
- 새로운 문제를 신속하게 파악하고 주도적으로 해결하실 수 있는 분
- 평활한 협업을 위해 열린 자세로 업무에 임하실 수 있는 분
- 책임감 있고 독립적으로 업무 수행하실 수 있는 분
- 정확하고 적극적인 의사소통이 가능하신 분
