Job Summary
Design and build Generative AI solutions that improve productivity and automate knowledge-driven workflows. develop AI assistants and automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources. Build RAG-based knowledge systems using enterprise documentation and data sources. Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications and workflows. Build AI-driven automation pipelines combining language models, APIs, and workflow platforms. Prototype and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies. Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI principles. Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; strong Python skills; experience with LLM-powered applications; understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search; API/enterprise-system integration experience; familiarity with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel); solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD); strong problem-solving and business-to-AI translation; excellent English; German/French an advantage. The role offers hybrid working mode in Luxembourg with opportunities for home-based work and a supportive, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong software engineering skills
- Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs) such as assistants or knowledge systems
- Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, or automation platforms
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
- Solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Excellent English communication skills; German and/or French is an advantage
