Job Summary
The Generative AI Analyst will support a high-impact machine learning project by creatively writing prompts and responses, leading labeling initiatives with third parties and internal stakeholders, and creating clear guidelines for LLM datasets. The ideal candidate should have native-level U.S. English proficiency, strong communication skills, and experience working with data. Responsibilities also include training teams on best practices for LLM development.
Required Qualifications
- English as a first language and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic to work on state-of-art machine learning tools
- 4 year Accredited College degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree or experience in Linguistics, English Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, and domain knowledge (Law/Medical/Math/Coding/etc.)
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models/RLHF
- Experience in labeling/tagging of frames/tasks/prompts to prepare for DNN
- QA/testing experience
- Scripting in Python a plus
