Job Summary
Review, evaluate, and validate AI-generated content by comparing outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues. Annotate, categorize, or label text, audio, images, video, or other data where required, providing clear written feedback or justifications for your evaluations. Complete assigned tasks independently within established timelines while adhering to strict data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements. Attend live office hours and training sessions to familiarize yourself with project guidelines and clarify questions. This role supports Welo Data's mission to train the world's most advanced AI systems through human contribution, offering project-based opportunities with complete autonomy and optional access to AI workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (US) (written and spoken)
- Strong English proficiency and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and judgment
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
- Comfortable working independently with structured, repetitive tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Generative AI evaluation, data annotation, translation, linguistics, content quality review, transcription, data labeling, or a related field
- Familiarity with annotation or evaluation platforms
