Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team at the Manapōuri hydro power station and White Hill wind farm. Be a visible, on-site leader championing safety and quality standards while driving team performance to deliver consistent, reliable generation outcomes. Coordinate maintenance delivery, support key projects across sites, and build strong relationships with local and nationwide teams. Partner with other Team Leads to ensure a seamless, high-performing operation. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building capability, driving standards, and keeping generation running safely and reliably across Aotearoa's largest renewable electricity producer.
