Generalist Project Manager

Triage incoming requests from Support, QA, and business stakeholders, conducting independent technical investigations by reviewing server logs and reproducing scenarios before escalation. Break down tasks and prepare clear written specifications for engineers, then own them end-to-end while driving them through to release. Monitor task statuses and maintain communication with a distributed development team, QA, and first-line administrators across Cyprus, Europe, and Kazakhstan. This role requires 4+ years of Project Management experience in fintech or banking, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and mandatory Russian proficiency. Candidates must be located within approximately 3 hours east and 1 hour west of Cyprus.
