Job Summary
Administer the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding. Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a resource for employees regarding company policies, benefits, timekeeping, and employment-related questions. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, process lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, and leaves of absence, and ensure compliance with I-9 verification and exit interviews. Lead the coordination of the Company's internship program and support performance management processes, including annual reviews and feedback programs. Manage people & culture communications, recognition programs, and D&I activities while assisting with HR reporting, audits, and policy administration.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree
- 4-6+ years' experience in Human Resources or related field
- Embodies the Company's core values of Kindness, Intelligence, and Integrity while supporting a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Systems-savvy with a process-oriented mindset and an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative, service-oriented team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach

Desired Qualifications
