Job Summary
Conduct individual vocational-supportive counseling to help clients identify strengths, establish career goals, and target symptoms interfering with work. Deliver treatment, rehabilitation, and support services while performing job coaching, problem-solving, and on-the-job performance assessments. Assist with work-related supportive services including grooming, hygiene, clothing, wake-up calls, and transportation, and conduct regular home visits to assess environments. Provide crisis coordination for individuals requiring assistance within 24 hours and prepare reports, applications, and supporting documentation. Record notes, billing, assessments, and referrals via the Electronic Healthcare Record System. Maintain a valid Montana Driver's License and pass required training in de-escalation, First Aid/CPR, HIPAA, and AWARE's Behavioral Competency. Meet monthly fiscal goals for billing and case load maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HSE
- Two years of experience working in the mental health field
- Valid Montana Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal and protective services background check
