Job Summary
Support the Associate Program Director in residency administration, curriculum development, and program improvement while maintaining an active clinical practice in inpatient, outpatient, Labor & Delivery, and operative settings. Teach and mentor OB/GYN residents and medical students through supervised clinical education and feedback, contributing to scholarly activity, quality improvement initiatives, and faculty development. Manage program operations and compliance via committee involvement, evaluation processes, and recruitment efforts within a collaborative, community-based environment that eliminates night call and offers protected administrative time. Launching Summer 2027, this role fosters a hands-on learning culture grounded in mutual respect and physician well-being, supported by comprehensive subspecialty resources and state-of-the-art facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN
- Current Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to serve as Associate Program Director (APD) for a new community-based OB/GYN Residency Program
