Job Summary
Support the HR team and Director of HR in implementing Human Resources strategies for the Operations business unit by serving as the focal point for line management and employees. Source talent, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial screenings to build a candidate pipeline and fill open requisitions. Extend employment offers, administer attendance and payroll policies, and facilitate new employee orientation while communicating company regulations. Partner with hiring managers to provide staffing guidance, ensure labor forecasting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance through data entry for affirmative action plans. Ensure presence in all assigned locations to support employee needs and meet objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA
- Knowledge of applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, personnel policies and procedures
- Experience working with HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Minimum two years progressive Human Resource Generalist experience, including a variety of HR administrative functions
- Must have experience in related recruitment activities (i.e., resume review and candidate selection, interviewing, employment screening)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business related field

- Kronos experience a plus
- SHRM Certification preferred
