Job Summary
Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning. Develop solutions to HR issues and consult with management on policy interpretation. Work with managers to investigate and resolve associate relations matters. Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and reference checks. Resolve data inconsistencies in complex research. Provide general guidance to junior personnel and receive periodic output reviews. Requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 2-5 years of experience. Located in Burlington with occasional overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM
- Self-motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to work independently or within a team
- skilled at influencing leadership, upholding policies, and engaging effectively in customer-facing environments
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Certification is required in some areas
