Job Summary
HR Generalist role supporting leaders and the People Team across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, benefits, and training. Responsibilities include guiding leaders on performance management, counseling and disciplinary actions; mediating HR-related queries; handling daily operational HR requests; leveraging data to inform policy and training improvements; coordinating accommodations with ADA team; responding to benefit questions; administering compensation and benefits programs; ensuring timely completion of required training; tracking leadership goals; assisting with work authorization and onboarding; conducting stay/exit interviews for MSS roles; and collaborating on talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and engagement improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field or equivalent experience/ training
- 3 years of human resources experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional maturity to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
