Job Summary
Move tires and stock materials into and out of racked bins using powered equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, while navigating heights. Load and unload trucks, review shipments for shortages or damages, and read work orders to determine assignments. Attach identifying tags to containers, record units handled via daily production sheets or scanners, and maintain a neat warehouse environment. Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety requirements while lifting up to 100 pounds. Work the night shift from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must regularly lift up to 100 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
- Ability to control operations of equipment or systems
- Ability to manage one's own time
- Ability to run, maneuver, navigate, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts and order pickers
- Ability to perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
- Ability to analyze information and evaluation results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Ability to be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
- Ability to be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
- Ability to be pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Ability to guide oneself with little or no supervision and depending on oneself to get things done
- Ability to treat people with respect, keeping commitments, working ethically and upholding organizational values
- Ability to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high stress situations
- Must be available for 1:00am-10:00am Monday-Friday shift
