Assemble customer orders using radio data terminals, ensuring correct product quantities are picked, built safely onto pallets, and presented to the marshalling area. Stretch, wrap, and complete orders while adhering to clean-as-you-go policies and recycling programs. Manage goods-in, pallet checking, loading, and marshalling duties as requested. Prepare customer loads by ensuring compliance with complex presentation requirements and documenting instructions. Maintain all personal protective equipment and report health, safety, and welfare issues immediately. Generate performance in line with KPIs and meet client-specific order requirements.
