Job Summary
General Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, inspecting deliveries, inventory management, order picking and packing, shipping, material handling, and warehouse maintenance with a focus on safety and adherence to procedures. Requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and the physical capability to handle materials. Work shifts include 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am rotations; warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations (e.g., order picking, shipping/receiving, inventory)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (e.g., barcode scanners, warehouse management software)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (lift up to 50 lbs)
