Job Summary
Unload and load product on and off containers or pallets, manually wrap or use shrink wrap machines to secure product, and operate manual or electric pallet jack and deslat equipment. Document and report damages or issues with products or materials to the supervisor, tick labels to appropriate cases, and complete equipment inspection forms. Maintain a clean work area and perform other assigned duties while adhering to safety policies. This full-time Monday-Friday position requires basic math skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and tolerance for temperatures as low as -20°F. Candidates must possess a HS diploma or GED and at least one year of warehouse equipment experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- 1+ years' operating warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear
- Ability to tolerate heights up to 50 ft and be able to access elevated product from inside safety cage
- This position requires a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment
