Job Summary
General Warehouse Associate with forklift experience needed in a distribution center in Hebron, KY. The role is 30% forklift operation and 70% warehouse tasks, on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with mandated overtime. Key duties include operating a Crown Electric Sit-down forklift for receiving, storage, and order fulfillment; ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance; full case picking for replenishment and customer orders; pallet retrieval and put-away in narrow-aisle storage; quality control and accuracy of transactions; loading/unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors; palletizing and wrapping; performing equipment checklists; maintaining storage location accuracy via cycle counts and inventory maintenance; and performing other distribution tasks as needed. Requirements emphasize ability to operate equipment at height, strong attendance, prioritization and deadline orientation, clear communication, customer-service orientation, teamwork, adherence to policies, basic math and reading/writing skills, and physical stamina to sit/walk/stand during shifts. Pay is $18.23 per hour with weekly pay.
