Job Summary
Work in multiple departments within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, stage and load orders into trucks, and verify quantity and quality of incoming products. Use packing lists to collect items, build and wrap pallets, and inspect stock for defects. Maintain a clean environment, perform inventory control, and return misplaced products to proper storage areas. Shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm with no travel required. Pay range is $20.00 to $23.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes
- Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting
- No travel required
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Preferred prior experience working in multiple departments in a distribution center
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment
- Ability to understand written material
