General Warehouse and Asset Controller Staff

Check, provide, and maintain all items for incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring the security of stored goods against damage or loss through detailed records. Perform routine inspections to identify expired, damaged, or broken items, then record stock reductions and additions on cards, replacing full cards and placing labels next to items. Process all goods requests per procedure, particularly for empty or CITO items, and generate periodic reports on expired, damaged, or low-stock goods for follow-up. Implement quality and safety procedures by attending training, collecting data, and documenting reports to support hospital-wide indicators.
