Job Summary
Receive and process shipments; verify contents against manifests, invoices, or orders; pack and unpack items for stocking; prepare products for shipping with labeling and packaging; operate forklift or heavy equipment to move/store materials; maintain organized inventory by labeling and stocking materials; keep the warehouse clean; use RF scanner to track inventory and locate items.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift or other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Proficient in using an RF scanner for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
