Job Summary
Prepare and store food items in the preparation area according to weekly recipe specifications. Measure, weigh, and containerize ingredients for packing and storing. Assemble boxes by inserting meal packages, insulating them, and adding labels or recipes. Label and pack prepared items into curated meal bags and store them per order requests. Facilitate receiving and shipping in the Operations area. Provide administrative support with labels, stickers, and organizing menu cards. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, food handling procedures, quality control, and all safety policies. Maintain an orderly and safe workspace, reporting any hazardous conditions immediately. Complete assigned training and perform any other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º- 42º) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, long hours and weekends as needed

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience with food handling, warehouse operations or related field preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, read and fully understand English manuals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, hard- worker and team player
