Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils by ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized. Keep the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas clean while performing light maintenance and custodial tasks. Inspect equipment for working conditions and report issues to management. Adhere to safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and ensure security of company assets. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods while wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications
