Job Summary
Conduct food safety checks by following HACCP policies and observe plant safety protocols, reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor. Sweep areas under and around storage bins, shovel up products on the ground, and wash down zones as directed. Wear personal protection equipment and work safely while recognizing tasks needing completion with minimal supervision. Attend required training and perform other assigned duties. This outdoor role in Jonesboro, AR, is continuously affected by weather conditions; rain gear is provided, but you are responsible for your own winter footwear.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to recognize work needing to be done
- Must be able to work with very little supervision
