Job Summary
General Utility-Pack 2nd Shift performing entry-level general labor in a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, lifting, and moving materials, assisting with operation setup and troubleshooting, verifying equipment operation, inspecting product quality, maintaining a clean work area, following safety lockout/tag-out procedures and GMPs, communicating issues to management, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at machine speed, and potentially cover operator duties when needed; position is on-site in Kokomo, IN, with overtime opportunities in a manufacturing plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
- 0-1 years of experience in related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at machine speed
- Ability to understand written English preferred
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products
