Job Summary
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, dumpster, and employee areas. Operate dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and garbage disposers; notify supervisors of malfunctions or supply issues. Empty trash cans, remove boxes, and assist cooks with food preparation as needed. Set up and break down buffet tables and theme decorations. Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and ensure proper storage of supplies. Shifts run as necessary based on business levels; no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations
