Job Summary
Wash and store all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the kitchen. Assist in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested. Maintain the dish room, dish machine, dining room, lavatories, and common areas in a sanitary and efficient manner. Report on time per the work schedule, wear a clean uniform, and practice positive personal hygiene. Answer guest questions, handle requests and complaints with satisfaction as the priority, and cooperate with management and co-workers. Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and know emergency procedures. Perform duties per the associate handbook.
