Job Summary
Wash and store all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the kitchen. Assist in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested. Maintain the dish room, dish machine, dining room, lavatories, and common areas in a sanitary and efficient manner. Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while reporting unsafe conditions. Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties as needed. Answers guest questions and handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

- Performs all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
