General urology position at a technology-driven practice in Morgantown, WV, with opportunity to sub-specialize (Endourology, Oncology, Men’s Health), strong robotic mentorship, and a dedicated medical technology development program. Robotics experience is preferred but not required; practice includes multiple da Vinci systems, single-port robotics, and advanced lithotripsy/aquablation platforms. Responsibilities include clinic follow-ups, participation in resident education, research and publications (optional), and approximately 10 days of call per month (weekend call optional and compensated).
