Robotic mentorship from a high-volume robotic surgeon, availability of multiple da Vinci robots, and opportunities to sub-specialize in Endourology, Oncology, and Men's Health. Responsibilities include clinical urology care, potential involvement in urology resident education, research and publications, and participation in an optional education/research track.
