General Urology opportunity at a growing Morgantown practice with a collaborative APP model, opportunity to sub-specialize (Endourology, Oncology, Men's Health), and a focus on technology-driven care including robotics (da Vinci, single-port) and HYDROS/Aquablation. Responsibilities include providing general urology care with potential subspecialization, participating in resident education, research, and publications (optional), contributing to a dedicated OR schedule with strong robotic mentorship, and engaging in a medical technology development program with potential partnership. Open to visa candidates (J-1 and H1-B) and offering competitive compensation with sign-on and relocation packages. Employment model with future partnership potential; call schedule approx. 10 days per month with weekend call optional and compensated. Candidates should be board eligible or certified and comfortable with an APP-supported practice and involvement in education, research, and clinical duties.
