Features include collaboration with APPs, potential sub-specialization (Endourology, Oncology, Men’s Health), robotics mentorship with high-volume robotic surgeons, and access to advanced platforms (da Vinci robots, single-port robots, HYDROS system/Aquablation). Responsibilities include clinical urology care, optional participation in resident education, research, and publications, with an employed model and future partnership potential.
