Job Summary
General urology opportunity in Duluth, MN with a physician-led group within a regional health system. Join 2 experienced urologists with PA support; 4-day work week and 1:3 call. Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an ASC. Hospital features include a 162-bed facility, Level III Trauma Center, HIMSS EMRAM Level 7, and a strong emphasis on digital infrastructure and clinical quality. Competitive package with base salary, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and production/quality incentives. Strong outdoor recreation and a family-friendly community. MD/DO required; board-certified or board-eligible in Urology preferred.
