Job Summary
General urology opportunity in a physician-led group within a regional health system in Duluth, MN. Join two experienced urologists with physician assistants, a 4-day work week, and a 1:3 call schedule designed for work-life balance. Opportunities for outreach clinics and potential ownership in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Access to state-of-the-art technology with HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certification, a competitive compensation package including base salary, sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and production/quality incentives. Education required: MD/DO; board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
