Job Summary
General urology opportunity in Northern Virginia joining a six-urologist practice, with potential subspecialty interests in oncology. Robotic experience is preferred but not required; three da Vinci XI robots available. The team promotes excellent work/life balance with a four-day workweek and six weeks of PTO. Incoming physician will spend roughly two days per week in the OR and two days per week in clinic, with mentorship provided for those early in their careers. Competitive compensation with partnership opportunities. MD/DO required; practicing in a large, well-established health system in Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree (medical degree)
- Urology training/eligibility
- ability to work in Northern Virginia area
- willingness to engage in both OR and clinic duties
