Conduct general, bread-and-butter urology in a collaborative environment covering one hospital and one clinic. Manage full-spectrum urological care utilizing two daVinci Xi robots, laser, cystoscopy, ultrasound, and equipment for minimally invasive procedures including lithotripsy, HoLEP, and percutaneous stone surgery. Join a team of two full-time urologists and six APPs with an easy ramp-up and mentoring support. Work a 4-day week with a 1:4 weekday call rotation (7 days per month), no weekend call, and live in Columbus, Franklin County, or surrounding Ohio regions. Earn a competitive base salary with production and balanced scorecard bonuses, potentially exceeding $1 million when fully ramped.
