Job Summary
General Urology physicians sought to expand Northwell Health's urological services across multiple NY locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with a large network of physicians, participation in minimally invasive urologic care, involvement with residency programs and physician extenders, and engagement with a leading health system. Candidates should hold an MD with residency completion, NYS licensure eligibility, and board certification eligibility or active certification; strong communication and team-work skills are required to support patient-centered, state-of-the-art urologic care across diverse patient populations. The department partners with Hofstra/Northwell and the Zucker School of Medicine and offers access to a broad clinical and educational network across Long Island, NYC, and Westchester.
Required Qualifications
- MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
- Current / Eligible for NYS License
- Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
- Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
