Job Summary
General Urologists sought to join Northwell Health across multiple NY locations (Mather, Peconic Bay, Plainview, Staten Island, Valley Stream, Queens). The role emphasizes minimally invasive urologic procedures, collaboration with medical staff and hospital management, and participation in a teaching environment with residencies and an extensive network of physician extenders. Physicians will join a large, integrated health system with weekly conferences and access to substantial resources and specialty programs associated with Hofstra/Northwell and the Zucker School of Medicine. The department aims to advance urologic care across the region with emphasis on teamwork, ongoing education, and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
- Current / Eligible for NYS License
- Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
- Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
