Job Summary
Seasonal General Ultrasound Sonographer for a 13-week contract at Logan Health in Kalispell, MT. Perform high-quality general ultrasound exams in accordance with provider orders and imaging standards. Evaluate images for technical quality, document exam information accurately, and collaborate with radiologists and imaging team to support timely patient care. Requires completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, ARDMS certification in Abdomen and/or OB/GYN, and a minimum of 2 years of general ultrasound experience. Eligible for 15% premium seasonal pay, night/weekend shift differential where applicable, and seasonal completion/bonus incentives. Work in a fast-paced imaging department focused on compassionate, patient-centered care within a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- Current ARDMS certification in Abdomen and/or OB/GYN
- Minimum 2 years of general ultrasound experience
- Current BLS certification within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care
- Strong scanning skills and ability to work in a fast-paced imaging environment
