General Ultrasound Technologist

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations under general supervision, prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and vascular ultrasound procedures, recognize and document anatomy and pathology, maintain and report equipment status, write reports based on scan results, alert staff to abnormalities, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare providers while preserving patient confidentiality. Requires ARRT/ARDMS certification and CPR/BLS certification; demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team and to pursue ongoing professional development.
