Job Summary
Diagnose and repair equipment in the local service shop or perform routine maintenance at job sites for forklifts, aerial lifts, and construction machinery. Troubleshoot and fix heavy machinery in the field, install and repair commercial doors and loading dock equipment, or specialize in heavy machinery repairs depending on the assigned role. Read or learn schematics and operate equipment while maintaining safety standards. This role offers competitive compensation with quarterly bonuses, paid training, and manufacturer certifications. Required Qualifications
- Mechanical experience or education (diesel, hydraulic, electrical, etc.)
- Familiarity with equipment operation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be 18+ for shop work
- Must be 21+ with a clean driving record for field roles
- Ability to read or learn schematics
- Forklift cert or willingness to train
- Heavy Techs must pass the DOT Med Certification
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass physical abilities test
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass driving record check
