Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruitment across sales, operations, and finance roles from intake through offer. Partner with hiring leaders to define needs, build sourcing strategies, and proactively engage candidates via direct sourcing, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong pipelines, particularly for sales and operations, while delivering a consistent candidate experience. Manage interview coordination, hiring workflows, and accurate data tracking in the applicant system. Support fair, compliant hiring practices aligned with Ontario employment and human rights standards. This 12-month contract supports high-volume hiring across technical and business functions at eleven-x, a leader in smart parking and urban mobility solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of roles and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices
