Job Summary
Conduct inpatient general surgery procedures including appendectomy, bowel blockage repair, fracture management, and trauma care for auto accident victims, crime victims, and fall victims. Manage post-operation readmissions while maintaining 24-hour availability with weekend shifts starting at 5p and a 7a-7a schedule. Maintain Board Certification and ATLS certification with an active license or IMLC. Complete credentialing within 30-60 days using EPIC for electronic medical records. Receive malpractice insurance, competitive pay between $1746 and $1890, and support for travel, lodging, and rental needs through AMN Healthcare.
