Job Summary
General Surgery Physician sought for locum tenens coverage in North Carolina. Responsibilities include 24-hour call coverage (10 days/month, 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.), clinic/elective endoscopy scheduling, and performing upper/lower endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Work primarily in a hospital setting with clinical support from a Nurse Practitioner. Must hold an active NC medical license, DEA certification, and be board certified or eligible. Credentialing expected within 0–30 days; AMN Healthcare facilitates malpractice coverage and travel/lodging arrangements.
