General Surgery Opportunity

Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon sought for a full-time opportunity with Saint Alphonsus Medical Center (SAMC) Ontario in Ontario, Oregon, to join a 600+ provider multispecialty group. The practice includes endoscopic and laparoscopic general surgery within a rural-paced community setting; Ontario is a Level IV Trauma Center with 4 operating suites and broad supportive services. Schedule features a traditional work week (minimum 32 hours of patient contact time, including clinic, procedures, and consults) with ten days of call per month (including at least one weekend); additional call incentives available. Applicants must have an MD or DO, complete an ACGME/AOA general surgery residency, be board-certified or board-eligible (ABS or AOBS) or obtain such certification within seven years, obtain Oregon and Idaho medical licensure and privileges, and maintain valid DEA registration.
